Join us for a heart-opening morning with Cacao. This ceremony offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what’s moving within you. Through cacao, guided journey, and journaling, you’ll open your heart, release tension, and remember the simple joy of being fully present.

Salt and Release

We’ll work with salt as a spiritual ally for cleansing the body and field, releasing what has settled and creating space for lightness and clarity to return. Through a guided journey, journaling, and a sacred salt bath ritual to practice at home, you’ll leave feeling clear, grounded, and restored in your own energy.}
